Unmasking the Mask

🎭 ✨ Unmasking the Mask: A Call to the Mystic Ready to Be Seen

Welcome, Beloved Mystic.

You’ve landed here not by chance—but by the whispers of Spirit reminding you:

**It’s time to take up space.**

The sacred kind of space.

The kind of space that *says your name out loud* even when your voice trembles.

The kind of space where your tears are welcome, your softness is not an apology, and your strength is not a mask you wear to be palatable.

Here at **Luvpothecary**, we are not just herbalists, healers, diviners, or dreamers.

We are whole *humans* becoming spiritual *beacons*.🕯️

But what does that really require?

It requires unmasking.

Not in front of the world at large—but first in front of ourselves.

Then in front of those we hold close.

And eventually, within our community.

🌿 Why We Mask (and Why We Must Unmask)

Many of us were trained—spiritually, culturally, or emotionally—to be the “strong friend,” the “funny one,” the “healer” who never asks for help.

We keke together. Spill a little tea 🍵. Vent about the world. Then retreat into solitude… still carrying the same ache.

But laughter doesn’t water the garden of your soul on its own.

**Support must go deeper.**

You deserve people who not only enjoy your energy,

but *help you protect it*.

People who don’t just call when it’s a vibe,

but show up when it’s time to build your vision.

✨🌙 A Conversation: Telling the Truth with Love

> “Hey love, I adore our laughs and convos—and you know I love you.

> But I’m in a season of growth where I’m stepping deeper into my spiritual path, and I need more from my circle.

> I’m looking for friends who can hold space, pray with me, remind me of my purpose, or even just ask how my practice is going.

> If you’re down for that, it would mean the world. If not, I still love you—it just helps me know where to place my energy.”

It doesn’t have to be confrontational.

It can be *clear, kind, and deeply sovereign*.

🌻 Techniques to Help You Take Up Spiritual Space

1. Daily Mirror Affirmation:

“I do not shrink to survive. I expand to align."

Say it every morning. Loud if you can.

2. Create a Spirit-Roster:

Write down 3–5 people who *uplift* your calling. Reach out to them. Make it a practice.

3. Post It, Don’t Just Pray It:

Share your needs online, in your stories, or group chats. “Looking for accountability partners,” “Need someone to fast with me,” “Who else is stepping into priesthood this year?”—call in your tribe.

4. Offer and Ask:

“I can read cards for you once a month. Could you help me brainstorm ideas for my spiritual offerings in return?”

5. Let Someone See You Cry:

Not metaphorically. Literally. Let your friends hold you even if you feel "too mystical" to break. Vulnerability **is** sacred.

🔥 From Strong Friend to Seen Mystic

You’re not here to be everything to everyone.

You’re here to be **yourself** so fully that others remember how to come home to their own soul.

So, Beloved Mystic, unmask.

Ask. Speak. Stretch. Shine.

You deserve to be supported, not just watched.

You deserve to be understood, not just tolerated.

You deserve to be *met*—not just followed.

And here at Luvpothecary, we’re holding the gate open for you to ✨arrive fully✨.

No mask. No shame. Just your luminous, unfinished, ever-becoming Self.
